Skills for Safety’s webinar. Learn about the critical role of safety standards in protecting innovation as well as the key hazards and risks associated with lithium-ion batteries and the importance of international standards harmonisation. Speakers include Dr Denice Durrant and Mark Ramlochan of UL Standards and Engagement. We will also be joined by panelists, Dersu Figueroa Zárate (Director of HUBIQ Energía e Innovación Tecnológica, Mexico) and Chukwuemeka Eze (Founder and CEO of Revive Earth Limited, Nigeria), who will offer an international perspective on e-mobility and safety. The Royal Academy of Engineering’s Director of Education and Skills, Dr Rhys Morgan, will be chairing the event.
