Transition to locational pricing could yield up to £15bn in system benefits

Risks associated with increased capital costs for new technologies remain, according to a new report.
New findings from LCP Delta reveal potential system benefits of £5-15 billion from adopting a zonal locational pricing model, compared to the current national pricing system.
