Hydrogen Allocation Round 2: market engagement

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero is seeking inputs on the second Hydrogen Allocation Round (HAR2), which is planned to award contracts in early 2025 for up to 750MW of production capacity in early 2025.
The proposed eligibility and evaluation criteria are being considered along with project requirements, the proposed delivery approach and potential co-location with renewable electricity source which receives government support.
