The Energy Transition in the Current Crisis: Opportunity or Reversion? Wednesday, 25th May

Oxford Open Energy is a fully open access journal from the Oxford Open series. It will publish broad-scope research across the entire spectrum of the energy field, ranging from the physical to the social sciences and more.

On Wednesday, 25th May at 4pm (BST) Oxford Open Energy and Oxford University Press will present a panel on ‘The Energy Transition in the Current Crisis: Opportunity or Reversion?’ Dive into a broad, interdisciplinary conversation alongside a panel of specialists from the journal’s Editorial Board, with references to the urgency of the Russian war in Ukraine. The panel will include audience breakout rooms to discuss questions on the theme.

The panel features members of  Open Energy editorial board Paula Kivimaa, Patrick Bond, and Marie Munster, and will be led by Senior Editor Lena Neij and Editor-in-Chief Peter Lund.

The journal’s Early Career Researchers Regina Garcia, Wei He, Chad Walker, and Oinam Meitei will be moderating the audience breakout rooms and discussions.
