Seaway7 to provide ScottishPower’s East Anglia offshore cables

Seaway7 will handle the engineering, supply and installation of 64 inter-array cables for the East Anglia TWO wind farm.
ScottishPower Renewables has awarded a contract to Norwegian offshore energy services provider Seaway7 for the transportation and installation of inter-array cables for the East Anglia TWO offshore wind project in the southern North Sea, 33km off the east coast of England.
Seaway7’s responsibilities will include the engineering, supply and installation of 64 inter-array cables.
The project’s execution will be managed from Seaway7’s office in Aberdeen, Scotland, with offshore activities beginning in 2027.
