BEIS is reviewing further draft plans for the leasing of offshore territorial waters for renewable energy and offshore production of hydrogen, as well as carbon dioxide storage and offshore fossil fuel activities. The Strategic Environmental Assessment is being subject to consultation with the relevant consultation bodies and the public.
