This case study examines a novel procurement model for the Bristol City Leap project, as an example to showcase delivering city-wide net zero across a local authority in which they aim to use private finance to achieve city-wide net zero.

The report was compiled by Colin Nolden (recently moved from Oxford), Tedd Moya Mosa, University of Oxford and Katherine Sugar, University of Oxford.
