This event is organised by the ECR Network of the ZERO Institute, University of Oxford, aiming to foster meaningful connections between academic researchers and industry professionals working towards net-zero and decarbonisation.
IMAD2025 seeks to bridge the gap between academia and industry by helping researchers better understand industrial priorities, while offering companies fresh perspectives on research-driven solutions to real-world challenges. Topics will include solar, nuclear, wind and hydropower, battery technologies, metal recycling, and relevant policy and regulation.
Confirmed speakers include experts from the UK National Nuclear Laboratory (UKNNL), Energenics Europe Ltd, Oxford Instruments Andor, the Department of Materials (University of Oxford), and the Department of Engineering Science (University of Oxford).
